People come to therapy at different points. Some are managing performance pressure that never lets up. Others are carrying stress they can’t quite name, or noticing that the way they cope has stopped working. Whether you’re a student, an athlete, a young professional, or someone in the middle of a transition, you deserve support that actually fits your life.

I work with children (ages 9 and up), adolescents, and adults who are dealing with anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, and the kind of pressure that comes with wanting to do well. A lot of my clients are high performers. They look fine on the outside but feel overwhelmed, self-critical, or stuck on the inside.

Together, we build insight into your patterns and develop practical skills for managing what comes up. That might mean learning to regulate your emotions under pressure, building confidence that holds up when things get hard, or simply understanding yourself well enough to make better decisions.

I draw on CBT, mindfulness, and mental performance strategies to help you work through challenges with more clarity and less self-doubt. The goal is not just relief. It is sustainable change that carries into the rest of your life.

Many people come to therapy feeling emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand.

They’re functioning well on the outside, showing up and holding things together, but quietly feeling exhausted, anxious, numb, or unsure how to move forward.

If that’s where you are, you’re not alone, and you don’t need to arrive with the right words for any of it.

I’ll work with you to understand what’s happening on the surface—the stress, the symptoms, the patterns, and gently explore what sits underneath. That often includes your emotional patterns, protective responses, and the earlier experiences that shape what you’re feeling now.

What I care about most is creating a space that feels safe and free of judgment. Somewhere you can slow down, understand yourself more clearly, and build a kinder relationship with your own inner world.

Over time, the work tends to bring more self-compassion, steadier emotional awareness, healthier patterns in relationships, and a deeper sense of feeling grounded, connected, and at home in your own life.

My aim is to meet you where you are and help you find a way forward that actually fits your life.

Life’s challenges come in all shapes and sizes, and a lot of the time we get stuck in the same loops of worry or self-doubt without realizing it. I think real change starts by focusing on what’s actually in our control, and using that as a stepping stone toward the life we want to be living rather than the one we feel stuck in.

I work with people of all ages and genders, though I have a special interest in working with adult men. A lot of the people I see are wrestling with things like internet dependence, anxiety, stress, low self-confidence, relationship struggles, questions of life purpose, or simply feeling disconnected from others and from themselves.

These are just some of the many things people carry, and they’re exactly the kinds of struggles I hope to help you work through.

My approach draws on Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and existential therapy, along with what I’ve learned from my own experiences.

In practice, that means our work together will be collaborative, unhurried, and shaped around you rather than run through a fixed formula.

I also hold a Master of Psychospiritual Studies, which is simply my way of saying I care about the whole of you, including the bigger questions of meaning and purpose that often sit underneath everything else.

If you’re ready for something to shift, I’d be glad to support you. I offer in-person sessions in Toronto and virtual appointments across Ontario

Are you feeling anxious, stuck, or overwhelmed by a life transition? Many of my clients are young adults or adults facing changes in relationships, identity, education, work, or family life. Some feel hopeless or unsure of the next step. They want a safe, supportive space to understand their emotions, regain clarity, and develop practical tools to move forward with confidence and purpose.

I support young adults and adults using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. EMDR is a central part of how I work with trauma, PTSD, and the patterns that keep you stuck. Together, we explore unhelpful thought and behaviour patterns, reframe the stories you tell yourself, and build on your strengths to create meaningful, achievable steps forward. Therapy with me is collaborative, tailored, and focused.

I understand reaching out for support can feel daunting, especially when you’re feeling vulnerable, stuck, or hopeless. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. If you’re ready to try something new and take steps toward healing, growth, and clarity, I invite you to reach out. It would be a privilege to support you on this journey.

Hi, I’m Noemi!

Sometimes people come to therapy knowing they want change but feel unsure where to begin. They may struggle to understand why things are the way they are, or feel disconnected from themselves and their experiences. Many feel stuck in patterns, weighed down by the past, or uncertain about how to move forward.

Therapy begins with building a strong, genuine connection. I create a space where you are heard and understood. Together, we will explore what you bring to therapy, the interconnected aspects of your life, and what it means to you.

I offer individual, couple, and group therapy to support a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and burnout, anger, addictions, relationship challenges, and more complex mental health experiences.

In our work together we’ll focus on understanding patterns, processing difficult emotions, and developing practical ways to move forward.

For couples, I support the identification of strengths and areas for growth, while working to improve communication and navigate conflict and life stressors. The work is oriented toward increasing awareness, strengthening connection, and fostering more supportive and resilient relationships.

Over time, you may begin to feel more grounded and self-aware, gaining a clearer understanding of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. With increased awareness and improved communication, you may feel more equipped to navigate challenges and build more connected, fulfilling relationships.
